Moving, and Thieves (Both Suck)
So I had to move out of a house I haven’t lived in in over 7 months over the weekend *it being Thursday and i am just now done. * It was my ex’s house and she had to move so it was time to go get my stuff. Problem was when I went to go get my stuff, a lot of it was missing, now I do not blame my girlfriend, there had been a rash of ppl who have broken into the house since last year, and I made the mistake of leaving my more valuable stuff at the house.
anyway long story short.
I lost
3 swords *Icingdeath and Twinkle from R.A. Salvatore’s Drizzt books *yeh the licensed ones that were $300 a piece* and a cheap wall hanger.
4 compound bows, including the one I’ve had since I was 10 years old.
My Band saw, My bench sander and pretty much all of my power tools.
Luckily I have all of my boks *500+* my drawings, my software, and my clothes.
but yeh, w00t for losing most everything in your life that meant something lol.
I’m OK though, I know who did it, they will f u*k up and they have no idea the fury that shall rain down upon their heads when I can prove they did it.
Good Travels,
G

I learned long ago never to leave anything with a former whatever that has any kind of value – monetary, sentimental, or whatever. Regardless of how they reassure you that your stuff is safe; on a moment’s whim it will be gone. If something is out of your sight and away from where you rest your head, unless it is in a secured storage facility, it will be disappear – end of story.
It’s sad that your stuff disappeared, a tragedy… if you have photos of said items or serial numbers, you may be able to retrieve them if they had been taken to a pawn shop or if you see them in someone else’s possession.
If the person was pagan, well, just ask for a Karma Call, they will get their just desserts.

I know you will find the person that did it and I can’t wait to see the look on thier face when they get caught.
